Responsibilities & Context
Proficiency in ERP software(Tally) & accounting software.
Ensure timely and accurate financial practices, including cash management, financial disbursements, ledgers, VAT & TAX all types of payment etc. and maintain all financial records.
Manage financial control, prepare budget, requisitions and financial reports as per requirements.
Maintain cash book, ledger book and others registers like stock register, inventory, fixed assets etc.
Maintain all sorts of bank transaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Support to the internal and external audit teams as project requirements.
Perform daily or monthly bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
Analyze historical financial data and spending trends to help management forecast future budgets and manage financial liquidity.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing, audits, and compliance requirements.
Any other tasks assigned by the authority.
