Educational Requirements:
∎ University Graduate Degree in Administration or Management or related subject.
∎ Master’s in business administration is highly preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Duration of the contract: Up to December 2022 (next extension depend on satisfactory performance and funding availability).
∎ Reporting to: Finance and Admin Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in office and administration management including managing people and a proven ability to work with multi-cultural environment and partners.
∎ Depth knowledge of office management & general office administration.
∎ Knowledge of logistics requirement for managing events (Meeting, training, workshop, seminar etc.)
∎ Knowledge on procurement policy and procedures.
∎ Knowledge on Inventory Management (Fixed asset and stationary stock).
∎ Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality on work related matters.
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla.
