AGM - Administration

Strong leadership and team management skills in a large, worker-intensive RMG factory environment.

Proven ability to manage factory discipline, security, and administrative operations effectively.

Candidates with a Defence background will be preferred.

Lead and oversee overall administrative operations of two RMG factories, ensuring efficient, uninterrupted factory support services.

Manage factory security, transport, housekeeping, canteen, utilities, facilities maintenance, and other administrative services.

Supervise administrative teams, security personnel, and outsourced service providers across both factories.

Ensure workplace discipline, asset protection, emergency preparedness, and effective security management.

Manage administrative budgets, expenditure, vendor contracts, and cost optimization.

Maintain liaison with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, local stakeholders, and service providers.

Ensure timely renewal of applicable licenses, permits, and statutory documents.

Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and factory management to support smooth operations and meet applicable legal and buyer requirements.

Prepare administrative reports, monitor performance, and implement improvements in operational efficiency.
