Responsibilities & Context
Develop and execute the sales strategy.
Manage designated sales centers all issues
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead and manage the sales team.
Plan and implement trade promotions, sales campaigns, dealer incentives, promotional schemes, and other channel-based marketing initiatives.
Secure contracts with large dealers, real estate developers, infrastructure builders, and government bodies.
Monitor sales performance and market trends.
Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve major issues.
Maintain compliance with company policies.
Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
Regular outdoor visit to the targeted Customer Sales Closing effectively under Pressure
Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
