Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate daily operations, project schedules, task assignments and team activities.
Monitor project progress, deadlines and operational performance.
Prepare reports, maintain records and manage data using Google Sheets, Forms, Excel and other digital tools.
Coordinate recruitment, training, surveys, field operations and business support activities.
Assist in coordinating ARGG initiatives, including Job Bank, Skill Passport, Pay Later Shop and related projects.
Develop operational procedures, project trackers and performance reports.
Communicate with management and project teams to ensure timely implementation.
