Professional experience in architectural design, interior space planning, or furniture manufacturing/design.
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona Renderer, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of ergonomics, material specifications (wood, board, metal, plywood, upholstery), construction details, and joinery techniques.
A portfolio showcasing 3D interior renders, furniture concepts, and technical working drawings is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context
Majesto is seeking an innovative, creative, and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Architect to lead spatial planning, interior concept setups, and functional furniture design integration. In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural space planning and furniture production—ensuring our furniture lines fit seamlessly into modern residential, commercial, and executive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
2D/3D interior layouts, floor plans, and space utilization concepts for residential, corporate, and commercial client projects.
Collaborate with the production team to conceptualize, sketch, and develop ergonomic, aesthetically pleasing, and production-ready furniture items.
Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and mood boards to showcase furniture placement in realistic room environments.
Select and specify appropriate wood, metal, upholstery fabrics, foam types, and hardware finishes to match architectural trends and product durability standards.
Prepare detailed CAD drawings, bill of materials (BOM) guidance, and production specs for factory execution and sample development.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and marketing teams to meet client specifications and present architectural solutions for major corporate orders.
