Prior experience in the furniture manufacturing industry (wood carving, board processing, door carving) will be given high priority.
Proficiency in ArtCAM (Delcam ArtCAM / Carveco) is mandatory. Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or 3ds Max/Blender is a strong plus.
Responsibilities & Context
Create precise 2D vector layouts and intricate 3D relief models using ArtCAM software based on furniture design requirements.
Generate, optimize, and verify toolpaths (roughing, finishing, engraving) for 3D/4D CNC carving machines.
Collaborate with CNC operators and production teams to ensure accurate design execution, correct material thickness, and minimal wastage.
Modify and adjust existing carving patterns (wood carving, panel designs, doors, and decorative elements) to enhance aesthetic quality and production efficiency.
Organize and maintain a clean, well-indexed digital library of all 2D/3D CNC files and toolpath templates.
