Experience Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing.

• Good understanding of interior and fit-out works.

• Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization software, or equivalent.

• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Good knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and execution requirements.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineers, and site teams.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work under project deadlines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect to join our Technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural design, detailed drawing preparation, shop drawing coordination, interior and fit-out drawings, and coordination with engineering and site teams to ensure that projects are executed accurately and according to approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings with relevant teams.

• Develop interior and fit-out drawings in accordance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with engineering, site, and project teams to ensure proper implementation of drawings.

• Coordinate with the BOQ, material specifications, and quantity-related requirements.

• Review and revise drawings based on client, consultant, and project management comments.

• Provide site coordination and technical support and resolve drawing-related issues during project execution.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

• Ensure all drawings, details, and specifications are accurate, practical, and suitable for execution.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, drawing registers, and technical records.

• Ensure drawings are prepared and submitted within the required project timelines and quality standards.

• Participate in site visits and provide necessary technical clarification to the site team.

• Maintain proper coordination between Design and Technical departments.
