Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline of Social Science or any other related subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the activities of Program Organizers, providing operational leadership, technical support and managerial guidance to them.
∎ Prepare operational plan and periodic reports.
∎ Developing, Organizing and Conducting district-level training, workshops to share and disseminate project lessons and innovations
∎ Overseeing the development of accurate and timely reports to donor and other concern authorities
∎ Coordination of monthly action plans and team meetings
∎ Providing operational leadership to the project, including oversight of the office (logistics, personnel, development, transportation and communication)
∎ Participate in initial school mapping exercise to select target communities within targeted areas.
∎ Ensure accurate and financial and program reporting in accordance with agreed upon work plans and financial plans.
∎ Ensure proper supervision & Monitoring for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Networking and coordination with Government and Non-government organisations.
∎ Any responsibilities given by the Organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven project and staff management skills with a good track record;
∎ Excellent analytical skills;
∎ Excellent in team work, networking and communication;
∎ Able to develop Annual plan;
∎ Sound knowledge and skills in analytical report preparation and staff development;
∎ Strong skills in resource management;
∎ Computer skill on MS word, Excel and Power point;
∎ Excellent communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Bangla;
∎ Having Strong leadership ability and motivation in working with Adivasi & Non-adivasi disadvantage people in remote areas;
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle with valid driving license;
∎ Reporting and documentation skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 36610 (Monthly)
∎ PF, Gratuity, Health insurance and Leave benefit will be applicable as per organizational policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ 2.25 festival bonus
