Assistant Manager - Commerce & Management Affairs (Supply Chain Management)

Communication experience with different parties like Bank officials, Insurance company, CNF agents, Transport agents etc.

Adequate knowledge about L/C opening, Retirement and Adjustment procedures.

Communication with foreign suppliers or his local agent.

Import L/C open and follow up with bank.

Prepare landed costing.

Collect costing voucher related with L/C opening.

Collect marine cover note from insurance company.

Collect insurance premium pay order from Bank and inform to our Accounts Department.

L/C document collect from bank and send to CNF agents various ports such as CTG, AIR, Benapol, Burimari and Rawmari etc.

Make communication with CNF agent every day, so that goods can be reached to their respective sites at right time.

To ensure our foreign supplier payment from our bank.

Maintaining communication with our accounts departments for collecting cheques various purpose like CNF bill, Customs clearance bill, transport bill etc.

Cash withdraw and cheque deposit as per supervisor direction.

 Maintaining an Import tracking Excel sheet for our full year import history.

Preserve every photocopy of import document.

Preserve year wise Bill of Entry.

Making a file for each L/C and put all related papers.
