• Advanced knowledge & skills in computer literacy especially on MS excel;

• Ready to residing factory surrounding areas;

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Raw materials issuing to production floor based on cutting report;

• Collecting system generated packing list from finishing packing section;

• Collecting vehicle information from escort for preparing system generated export delivery challan;

• Collecting commercials invoice from head office concern commercial export personnel and compare with system generated packing list provided by factory packing section;

• Prepared cargo dispatch report and send to head office commercial dept; on time;

• Good knowledge about materials inventory management system;

• Need experience using ERP in Inventorymodeul;

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly shipment report on time;

• Keeping all kinds of shipment challan in separately according to buyers;

• Perform any other duties assigned by the authority.
