Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day to day Jobs of Customer service Dept, with latest shipping industry Techniques and methods.
∎ Support Company's Customer's regarding service-related requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Prepare Reports and update booking/lifting data as per company software system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the CSR Dept of any MLO (Main Line Operators) or Freight Forwarding companies in Dhaka.
∎ Only experienced person in the CSR Deptt will call for interview.
∎ Computer Literacy and proficiency in customer service-based software.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
