Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and institutional customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the HoReCa customer base.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Develop sales plans, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Coordinate with distribution, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
