Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year's experience on General HR and Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, HR Software, Labor law, Legal compliance, Performance appraisal etc. Excellent command in English and Microsoft office program.
Salary:
∎ Basic-20,100/- & Gross- 46,230/-
(Before Confirmation- 40,200/-)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After confirmation the employee will get all benefits such as 2 festival bonus, 1 Boishaki Bonus, Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, Employee Welfare Fund etc. as per organizational policy.
