Job Responsibilities:
∎ This person should have technological knowledge about corporate culture and be responsible for sales.
∎ You will be expected to develop a sales plan and adhere to sales targets for the business preferable for upscale projects.
∎ The Assistant Manager / Manager will not only actively source and develop new clients, but you will be expected to respond and communicate to incoming requests.
∎ You will work to expand on the portfolio of clients and will need to build relationships with prospective clients.
∎ You have to lead & closely with the marketing team as with as the account handling team to strategize how best to support prospective clients.
∎ This will be a position that will require you to manage your own time and develop a successful business pipeline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extremely organized and capable of managing the full organization.
∎ Experience in dealing with corporate clients.
∎ Outstanding track record of sales targets/Achievements.
∎ Excellent Sales Skills - Negotiation/Understanding/Solution lead/Relationship Building qualities.
∎ Articulate, Motivated and immaculately presented.
∎ Ideally from the industry or related experience within the industry (B2B sales in office refurb/re-location services) however This is not a pre requisite.
∎ Quick to Adapt, Fast Learning ability.
∎ This Assistant Manager / Manager position will require someone who has worked with Corporate Client and have a good understanding of the HOUSING industry.
∎ You will need to be able to demonstrate your business developing skills through your track record.
∎ You will need strong negotiating skills and an ability to estimate will give you an edge for the role.
∎ This will be an mixed office site based position, so when you are not out visiting clients you will be expected to be in the office

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
