About the Position
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Chemical to lead our chemical sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's presence in the chemical market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Promote and sell the company's chemical products to potential customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and understand their product requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up on orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and product pricing.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, accounts and logistics to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer receivables.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market analysis for management.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for effective solutions.
- Achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Explore opportunities for expanding the company's chemical product portfolio.
