The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power, Solar Energy.
Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience in Solar PV system design, EPC project execution and 11kV/33kV substation operations.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, HelioScope, PVsyst and SketchUp.
Comprehensive knowledge of Solar PV components, grid interconnection, IPP frameworks and BESS/ESS.
Responsibilities & Context
Conduct structural and electrical site assessments to evaluate solar project feasibility.
Develop conceptual and detailed engineering designs for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Perform shading analysis, energy-yield simulations, SLD preparation, cable sizing, and system layout using PVsyst, HelioScope, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Prepare BOM, BOQ, technical specifications and project cost estimates.
Oversee project execution, installation, testing, commissioning and technical troubleshooting.
Coordinate with EPC teams, contractors, procurement and other stakeholders to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
Develop techno-commercial proposals, ROI analyses and CapEx/OpEx models for C&I solar projects.
Provide technical support during client presentations, vendor negotiations and business development activities.
Ensure compliance with SREDA, BPDB, IDCOL, IEC, IEEE and other applicable standards.
Review equipment specifications, vendor submissions, as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
Identify technical risks and incorporate emerging solar and energy-storage technologies into engineering practices.
