• Age 35 to 40 years

• Must have practical experience in the procedure of Vat, Tax & Internal Audit assessment.

• 2 to 3 years' Experience in related field will get preference.

• Well conversant with MS office applications.

• Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in VAT and tax compliance procedures.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.

Job Purpose

To ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations for the company’s manufacturing operations, maintain accurate tax records, and support in tax planning and management. This role is crucial for minimizing VAT & Tax-related risks and ensuring alignment with government policies to support smooth operational functions.

Job Location: Head Office (Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities

VAT Compliance and Management:

• Calculate and file VAT returns accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with the VAT Act.

• Prepare VAT documentation and manage records as per regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax and VAT transactions.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on VAT and tax activities for management review.

• Maintaining Mushak 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.2.1, 4.3, 6.7, 6.8, 6.5, 6.6, 6.10, 9.1,

• Maintaining All VAT & Tax expenses according to Company Structure and VAT & Tax law.

Tax Planning and Strategy:

• Assist in implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax and VAT regulations & inform management of their implications.

Coordination and Support:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Procurement, Production and Distribution) to address tax and VAT matters effectively.

• Assist in preparing documents and reports for tax audits, legal reviews, and any government agency requests.

Filing and Compliance:

• Prepare and submit monthly and yearly tax returns.

• Calculate advance income tax (AIT) deductions and ensure accurate and timely payments.

• Maintain and update tax files, records, and documentation.
