Job Specification:                                                                                                     

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in towel or textile manufacturing setup.

Skills:                                        

I. Strong knowledge of textile production processes, especially in towel manufacturing                                 

II. Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite/ERP                               

III. Efficient in business communication and coordination skills.                              

IV. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.                                

V. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.      

Stitching Planner

• Assist in stitching planning and order scheduling.

• Prepare line allocation based on SMV, operator skill & line capacity.

• Monitor daily production vs. target and identify bottlenecks.

• Support line balancing to improve productivity & efficiency.

• Coordinate with Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Packing, MCS & IE teams.

• Maintain line loading, efficiency & deviation reports.

• Follow up with IE for updated SMV & manpower planning.
