Education:
∎ Graduation Degree in Psychology / Child Development and Family Relation/ Social Work / Social Welfare / Social Science, not less than 2nd Division/Class in any Public Examination.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as a care giver and ensure best possible care for the children and youth.
∎ Look after children’s and youth’s health and hygiene, educational performance and other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
∎ Preparing annual development plan of every individual child by discussing with the child and mother, recording it, follow-up, reviewing once in a year.
∎ Look after the school admission formalities.
∎ Contact and maintain liaison on regular basis with schools/other educational institutions.
∎ Monitoring the academic performance of all the children and being involved with accessing the strength and prepare academic progress reports.
∎ Regularly update and promptly submit children/youths’ school records and monthly highlights of activities to the Village Director.
∎ Support management, children and youth to establish effective child care system.
∎ Develop periodical report, best practices event report and success stories as per the requirement.
∎ Encourage children to enrol into employable education & find out suitable technical courses and support child development activities to promote life skills & develop leadership qualities and healthy recreations for the children.
∎ Adherence to the Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy & Code of Conduct and Sexual Misconduct Regulation (PSHEA) of the organization.
∎ Communicate with various stakeholders both government and other non-government bodies to meet the statutory and compliance issues
∎ Nature of Job: Residential

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children's Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
