Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Diploma/ Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation & execution of action plan for data collection on animal progeny recordings, progeny performance and production traits.
∎ Data collection of bull calf/ heifer/cow/buck/goat for selection and purchase as per selection protocol.
∎ Assist Technical committee for selection and purchase of breeding animals.
∎ Contract farmers selection and agreement for breeding bull production, bull mother and progeny ear tagging and data recording in the bull mother card.
∎ Progeny Ear tagging, training and meetings on data recording and preservation
∎ Frequent field visit for quality data collection, verify and monitoring on data recordings and preservation
∎ Liaison with internal stake holder for smooth data recordings, data collection.
∎ Primary data processing, analysis and reporting to supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
