Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in ERP software for Knit Garments Accounts/Finance/ Stores activity;
∎ Maintain & update all sort of accounts and finance related information in ERP software and generate necessary reports as and when required.
∎ Ability to work under account software environment and pressure.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually Management accounts;
∎ Checking of all vouchers (Receivables, payable and payments).
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Prepare periodical financial analysis that indicates the financial status of the company.
∎ Perform month end and year financial closing activities.
∎ Prepare periodical financial budget and implement proper budgetary control
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, statements and reports.
∎ Ensure compliance of various Company Policies and Govt. Rules, advising on Tax & VAT;
∎ Prepare all financial statement & reports to meet the requirement of internal audit and external audit.
∎ To lead a team and monitor them to get the best performance in an efficient way
∎ To coordinate with Commercial/Marketing/Merchandising/Purchase/Store department for smooth functioning.
∎ Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Excellent English proficiency in both spoken & written
∎ Should be proactive, result oriented, with excellent communication skills
∎ Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
∎ Collect, analyse and summarize account information
∎ Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
