• 7 to 8 years

• M. Com / MBA in Accounting from a reputable university.

• 7 to 8 years

• 7-8 years’ experience in factory/plant accounting within a large-scale manufacturing enterprise.

In its continual endeavor of growth, the company requires the Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager (Factory Accounts) position to be filled immediately at their factory located at Baruipara, Savar (Opposite of Nandan Park).

Job Location: Baruipara, Savar (Opposite of Nandan park)

Major Responsibilities:

• Plant Financial Accounting & Governance
• Factory Payroll & Overtime Process
• Oversee daily factory accounting functions, including accounts payable, cash management and operational expenses.
• Supervise the validation and reconciliation of factory bills, contractor payments, and local procurement invoices.
• Maintain the factory general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing activities in line with corporate guidelines.
• Fund Management & Reporting
• Monitor factory cash flows and manage petty cash limits to ensure continuous, uninterrupted day-to-day operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including operational expenditure (OPEX) analyses and variance reports for factory leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external audit reviews at the plant level, preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
