Responsibilities & Context
* Conduct financial, commercial, compliance and operational audits.
* Verify bill vouchers, invoices, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
* Check AP, AR, cash, bank, expenses, COGS, and P&L transactions.
* Monitor commercial activities such as export, import, bond, duty, logistics, etc.
* Verify physical inventory with ERP/system records and identify shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
* Review PR, PO, quotation, comparative statement, MRR, invoice, and payment processes.
* Check compliance with company policies, SOPs, laws, regulations, and internal controls.
* Check all kinds of local purchase bill vouchers and verify market rates.
* Review production efficiency, wastage, utilization, and cost-control measures.
* Investigate audit findings and determine root causes.
* Audit and monitor payroll, HR, and compliance-related activities.
* Maintain proper audit working papers and supporting documentation.
* Prepare Inventory Reports and Fixed Asset Audit Reports.
