Job Responsibilities:
∎ Incumbent must possess thorough knowledge of the entire QMS (Quality Management System) process of Woven Garments Quality;
∎ Capable of measure & control of quality products as per buyer requirement;
∎ Responsible for inspecting and testing of products at various stages in the production process;
∎ Ability to analyze and evaluate the quality of products;
∎ Taking the responsibility for assuring the factory is following buyers' technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed/Outgoing Quality Level) at the factories are in line with international quality practices;
∎ Maintain/Prepare Quality reports or CAPR/PAPR if asking from the end of respective Customer/Buyers/Brands;
∎ Sound knowledge on modern quality technical issues and must have experience to work with different buyers;
∎ Well Experience on Handling Quality technical Audits Like- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) & CTPAT (Customer Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) ;
∎ Knowledge on Developing and time to time Updating Quality SOP & Policy,;
∎ Having knowledge about implementing Quality Management Systems, Quality Tools, Regulations, Trainings, Guidelines, Audits and AQL Standards;
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in line and Pre-shipment/ Pre final and final Inspection;
∎ Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action;
∎ Handling Quality Assurance Issue (from Raw material to Shipment);
∎ Must have knowledge of sample development; approve sample, swatch matching and finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customer;
∎ If work done for Tommy Hilfiger buyer (Tommy Hilfiger for sample fit to final inspection related task), then priority may be given on selection;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
∎ Must have experience in handling AEO/GAP/M&S/A&F/ASDA/LE Buyer
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
