Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context
- Make initial contact with all assigned business leads within 24 hours of receiving inquiries.
- Communicate with potential franchise partners and introduce the company's business opportunities.
- Invite prospective clients to visit the company headquarters (HQ) for business discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into successful business deals.
- Coordinate business meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Support business negotiations and facilitate contract-signing procedures.
- Follow up with clients regarding contract completion and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, lead status, and deal progress.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth deal closure.
- Achieve assigned business development and deal conversion targets.
