Must be a Bangladeshi national currently residing in Dhaka.

English with strong verbal and written communication skills.l Good understanding of Bangladesh's mainstream social media platforms and digital marketing landscape.

Practical skills in content creation, graphic design, and image/video editing.

Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and online advertising campaigns is an advantage.

Must be creative, proactive, organized, and target-oriented.

Professional attitude, presentable appearance, and good interpersonal skills.

Experience in social media management, online promotion, digital advertising, or content creation will be preferred.

Fresh graduates with relevant skills and practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Manage and oversee the company's official Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media accounts.

Develop and implement online promotion strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Plan, execute, optimize, and monitor digital advertising campaigns and paid advertising placements.

Supervise social media content planning, publishing schedules, account activities, and audience engagement across relevant platforms in Bangladesh.

Coordinate the creation of engaging promotional content, including videos, short-form reels, graphics, and campaign materials.

Monitor customer inquiries, online feedback, and audience engagement to maintain positive brand relationships.

Develop lead-generation strategies and supervise the team's follow-up activities to convert potential customers into business opportunities.

Set individual and team performance targets, including an average of 30 qualified leads per employee per month, subject to approved lead qualification criteria.

Monitor campaign performance, advertising expenditure, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.

Prepare and submit regular performance reports covering campaign results, audience engagement, advertising effectiveness, and lead generation.

Coordinate with the Franchise Development, Store Operations, and Sales teams to support franchise recruitment, store promotions, and business expansion.

Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the Online Promotion & Operations team, providing guidance and training to improve productivity.

Manage the approved digital marketing budget and recommend improvements based on campaign performance and business objectives.

Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing developments, competitor activities, and promotional opportunities in Bangladesh.
