Job Context
We are looking for a skilled and responsible person to manage daily accounting and inventory operations using Billing Master Smart ERP (Accounting & Inventory Software).
Job Responsibilities
- Operate Accounting & Inventory Software for daily business activities.
- Perform regular data entry of sales, purchases, payments, receipts and other transactions.
- Maintain daily accounts, cash, bank and customer/supplier ledgers.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Reconcile physical stock with software records and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts and outstanding balances.
- Prepare sales, purchase, inventory and accounting reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of accounting and inventory data.
- Perform other related accounting and IT tasks as required.
*** Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates having practical experience in operating Accounting & Inventory Software.
