Responsibilities & Context
Main Job Responsibilities
Oil Production: Operate and monitor lubricant oil blending and production machines.
Raw Material Handling: Check and handle base oil, additives, and other raw materials according to production requirements.
Oil Blending: Assist in mixing different base oils and additives according to approved formulations.
Quality Control: Check oil viscosity, density, colour, flash point, and other quality parameters.
Machine Operation: Operate blending tanks, filling machines, filtration systems, pumps, and other production equipment.
Machine Maintenance: Perform regular machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes and ensure products meet company standards.
Laboratory Testing: Collect oil samples and conduct basic laboratory tests.
Troubleshooting: Identify technical problems in production machinery and report them to the supervisor.
Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean production environment.
Packaging Supervision: Monitor oil filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging operations.
Production Records: Maintain daily production reports, machine operation records, and raw material consumption records.
