Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a presentable, confident sales professional to bring in and manage premium clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients and architects, guiding them from the first conversation to the final proposal.
Responsibilities
Respond to client and architect enquiries and build lasting relationships
Meet clients, understand their requirements and present Plant Affairs services
Coordinate with the design and project team on site visits, concept layouts and presentations
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Close sales and keep clients updated until the project is delivered
Help develop new leads through architects, developers and referrals
Requirements
Must be a graduate
Priority will be given to candidates with a background in architecture, landscape, design or agriculture
Priority will also be given to candidates with sales and marketing knowledge and relevant experience
Fluent in English, and confident talking with premium clients
Well-presented, confident and highly articulate
Even if you are not an architect or a botanist, you should have a good sense of design, basic landscaping knowledge and an understanding of plants
