Responsibilities & Context
Receive and handle incoming customer calls.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for internet issues (slow speed, no connection, router problems, etc.)
Create support tickets.
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Other responsibilities assigned by management.
