∎ North South University,American International University Bangladesh,United International University,BRAC University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IELTS,TOEFL
∎ Skills Required: Fluent in speaking English, Microsoft Office Suite, Professional English Writing

∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center Management, call center training, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Team Leadership, Team management, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Job Context:
∎ APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH.
∎ Candidates who are from English medium background will have a preference
∎ Highly preferable to have prior experience in a well-reputed call center for at least 2-3 years
∎ Apply only if you are comfortable working at NIGHT SHIFT 9 PM to 6 AM 6 days a week
∎ Although the job position is Call Center Trainer / Team Lead, the projects you will be handling will not be (for the most part) outbound sales campaigns. Rather they will be either call handling for our USA clients or virtual assistant projects.
∎ Must be able to work during Eid and other Holidays
∎ Looking for candidates who are willing to stay long term (Must be willing to commit to staying at least for 1 year)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage our virtual assistant and inbound/outbound calling-based projects
∎ Handle client queries to ensure that they are satisfied with our work
∎ Train new recruits on handling calls, improve their ability to communicate with USA customers, and be able to complete virtual assistant tasks
∎ Monitor and supervise your team to ensure work is being completed in a timely manner
∎ Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentation to your manager about your team and training.
∎ Ensure the team is meeting the target KPI
∎ For call handling projects, Call analysis, and planning for process betterment

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be smart and intelligent.
∎ Having computer sills is a must

Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
∎ 28K Salary breakdown: 25.5K Salary Plus 2.5K Night Allowance
