Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor degree in social science or other equivalent subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 2 years’ working experience in the field of addressing GBV, SRHR, gender development, women rights, VAWG, economic empowerment of women etc.
∎ Ability to effectively plan, organize training. Good knowledge in community mobilization etc.
∎ experience on working with vulnerable communities, social service experience, and/or advocacy programs.
∎ Experience in GBV/protection interventions
∎ Good communication skills and ability to conduct training and awareness
∎ Computer skills
∎ Good organizational and management skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Others benefits will be as per organization policy
