Educational Requirements:
∎ Having University masters degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare budgets for the events to be organized by the project;
∎ Budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, expenditure forecasting and timely financial reporting.
∎ Ensure proper charging and utilization of allocated funds.
∎ Ensure that the project’s finance system follows Internationally agreed accounting standard.
∎ Ensure that the relevant event/official materials and equipment are in place for the project in close coordination with the Project/Training Manager, Coordinator-Development Programs and senior management of SKS Foundation.
∎ Ensure donor and Govt (NGOAB, Tax &Vat) compliance are met in financial record and reporting.
∎ Willingness to work closely with relevant stakeholders like; school and college teachers; respective Union Parishad Chairman and members; local elites; GO and NGOs; SKS Foundation other projects.
∎ Maintain close coordination and collaboration with the project colleagues and MSI Point of Contract for program and Point of Finance personnel and Assistant Director-Finance of SKS Foundation relating to budgets and financial matters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 years of working experiences in Account and administration section in NGO/INGO.
∎ Experienced and skilled in budget preparation; budget control, expenditure and procurement; book keeping; banking; inventory management; logistical support; VAT/Tax; financial reporting and documentation.
∎ Should have good understanding on financial management basic principles and rules.
∎ Should have experience in preparing monthly, and quarterly financial report statement.
∎ Maintaining cash book, ledgers and different registers related to accounts management.
∎ Skills in writing reports in English with computer literacy on MS word, excel, power point and internet using.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits will be provided as per organizational policy/budgetary provision.
