Educational Requirements:
∎ Having Bachelor/masters degree preferably in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Project/Training Manager of the project to identify the youth beneficiaries.
∎ Coordinate capacity development initiatives at the Union/Upazila level of the project beneficiaries and ensure documentation of key processes and actions system in close coordination with the P/TM.
∎ Problem solving related to the project and agreed responsibilities by making sound judgements using management skills, technical knowledge, good understanding of teams and cost effective use of the available resources.
∎ Provide relevant input to the P/TM for reporting about the project activities at the Upazila level.
∎ Work closely with relevant stakeholders like; school and college teachers; respective Union Parishad Chairman and members; local elites; GO and NGOs; SKS Foundation other projects.
∎ Provide lead role in organizing workshops, training etc. with the participation of relevant stakeholders, civil society etc. as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years working experience in any NGO/INGO.
∎ Proven experience on program planning, monitoring & evaluation and report writing;
∎ Skills in writing reports in English with computer literacy on MS word, excel, power point, and internet using.
∎ Influencing capacity of youth, relevant actors at Union and Upazila level;
∎ To work in a team and able to work under pressure and to be non-discrimination and gender sensitive.
∎ Willing to travel by public local transport as when required.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits will be provided as per organizational policy/budgetary provision.
