Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Master in social science i.e. Development Studies, Anthropology, Women Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Social Welfare or relevant disciplines.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 6 years of experience in the development areas particularly women rights and women economic empowerment.
∎ Must have good experience on- Working with project on women economic empowerment; agriculture and non-agriculture interventions for creating alternative livelihood opportunities/small business for women living in poverty.
∎ Market linkage and value chain.
∎ Facilitating community based organization and their capacity building.
∎ Sound in participatory development process and good understanding on Human Rights Based Approach.
∎ Work in national NGO in long term project funded by INGOs.
∎ Policy advocacy and campaign on women rights issues.
∎ Communication materials development for community's behaviour change.
∎ Organise events, workshops, seminars, etc.
∎ Understanding and working on women unpaid care work is added value for the incumbent.
∎ Have competencies on report writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Leadership skill and ability to work in a team.

∎ Age at most 45 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 46904 (Monthly)
