Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the progress on indicators,process and documentation of program activities on regular basis using appropriate monitoring tools that are approved by the line management and produce report accordingly.
∎ Measure project/programe performance using appropriate system, tools and techniques.
∎ Assist line manager in preparation of necessary budgets and plans for the unit.
∎ Visit field activities with respective program staffs and coordinate and collaborate with all staffs at field level.
∎ Participate in monitoring and evaluation process e.g. survey planning, surveyor training, supervise data collection activity and ensure data quality by cross checking, data entry template designing, cross triangulation and report writing etc, if needed.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and support to management as needed
∎ Properly use and maintain and preserve all logistics from SKS Foundation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
