Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science or any other relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 5-10 years working experience in development sector including 5 years' experience in project implementation, monitoring and field staff supervision
∎ Clear understanding on livelihood/food security project implementation strategy and concept
∎ Strong coordination and networking skill with Upazila level GO, NGO officials, UP and private sector actors.
∎ Strong facilitation skills
∎ Good knowledge on good governance, gender equity and dimensional interventions
∎ Experience in participatory process, community mobilization, and problem solving and community empowerment process.
∎ Skilled in report writing and operation of Microsoft office application
∎ willing to drive motorcycle and should have valid driving license.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Candidates who are permanent resident of Gaibandha district & Rangpur division are allowed to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35509 (Monthly)
