Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/MPH/B.SC. Engineering (Civil/water resource) /or equivalent University master’s degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 7-10 years working experiences in managerial positions including 5 years in management of WaSH project, nutrition, livelihood, food security, community development programs and working experience with Union Parishads.
∎ Having experiences to work at health focused projects especially mother and child health and nutrition focused projects and working experiences with Community Clinics and government health care centers would be given priority.
∎ Coordinate effective project planning and implementation in line with organizational policies and project compliances.
∎ Effective and efficient management of project resources and assets.Project implementation, monitoring, problem solving and decision making.
∎ Guidance and coordination with blue gold project in the locality, community groups, local WASH service providers, local government institutions (LGIs), government duty bearers etc. for project planning, field implementation, monitoring, financial management, staff management and their capacity building.
∎ Management of project office, staff development, training and reporting.
∎ MP will be responsible for looking in to the progress of the phase wise specific indicators set out earlier and achieving the expected results.
∎ S/he will guide the project key staff for conduction of planned interventions in time and monitoring the indicators going to be achieved.
∎ Will be reasonable for phase wise report generation and timely submission.
∎ PM will look in to the payment by result (PBR) mechanism as per agreement.
∎ Typing skill both in English and Bangla is essential, riding motorcycle is a must.
