Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership position such as CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or GM Finance.
Strong hands-on expertise in financial planning, manufacturing costing, treasury, banking, LC management, export-import, taxation, VAT, customs, and bond operations.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead Group-wide Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Commercial operations.
Oversee consolidated financial reporting, cash flow, working capital, banking, and fund management.
Manage export-import operations, LC and back-to-back LC facilities, trade finance, customs, bond, and export proceeds realization.
Drive factory-wise costing, profitability analysis, budgetary control, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with applicable taxation, VAT, customs, statutory requirements, and internal control standards.
Lead and develop the centralized Finance & Commercial team across all business units.
Provide strategic financial insights, business analysis, and recommendations to top management.
Maintain effective coordination with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, factory management, and other key stakeholders.
Any other work assigned by the Management.
