- Age At least 24 years
- 2–3 years of practical experience in Architecture, Interior, Exterior, or Construction Project Management.
- Proven experience in handling and managing real-life projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of Interior and Exterior construction.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve project-related problems independently.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction materials, and finishing work.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and work under pressure.
- Responsible, proactive, and committed to maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise Interior, Exterior, and Construction Projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure proper implementation of architectural designs and construction drawings.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and on-site construction challenges.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, supervisors, and workers.
- Ensure quality control, proper material selection, and high-quality finishing.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and overall work progress.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and make effective decisions when challenges arise.
