Position Overview
AURA Experience is seeking skilled, creative, and passionate Chef de Partie professionals specializing in Asian and Western cuisine. The ideal candidates will have strong culinary expertise, excellent kitchen management skills, and the ability to maintain premium food quality and presentation standards in a luxury fine-dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and present high-quality Asian or Western dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, food quality, and plating.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP principles.
Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, storage, and wastage.
Coordinate with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen team members.
Assist with menu development, recipe standardization, food tasting, and new dish trials.
Maintain proper mise en place and ensure timely food preparation and service.
Train and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
