Construction Site Supervisor

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Interior Design

• Minimum HSC qualification; a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSS/BCom or equivalent) from a recognized institution will be preferred.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical knowledge will be an added advantage.

• 2–5 years of practical experience in building construction and site supervision.

• Experience in supervising workers, monitoring construction materials, and reading construction drawings will be preferred.

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of building construction, construction drawings, measurements, and materials.

• Ability to supervise workers and manage daily site activities.

• Basic knowledge of material records, stock monitoring, and site reporting.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Honest, responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and supervising daily construction activities, managing workers, monitoring construction materials, maintaining site records, ensuring work quality and safety, and tracking project progress. The role also involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure the smooth execution and timely completion of construction work in accordance with project requirements and management instructions.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all daily construction activities at project sites.

• Supervise workers, masons, and other site personnel and ensure proper execution of assigned work.

• Understand and follow construction drawings, measurements, specifications, and instructions from the Project Engineer or management.

• Monitor workers' attendance, assign daily tasks, and follow up on work progress.

• Oversee the receiving, storage, distribution, and proper use of construction materials.

• Maintain daily records of workers' attendance, material receipts, material consumption, and construction progress.

• Check site measurements and report any discrepancies or construction-related issues to the concerned authority.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, masons, suppliers, and other site personnel.

• Ensure the availability of required construction materials and report shortages in advance.

• Monitor project schedules and ensure assigned work is completed within the specified timeframe.

• Ensure site cleanliness, proper storage of materials, and compliance with construction safety requirements.

• Report daily site activities, work progress, material usage, and any problems to the management.

• Perform other construction site-related duties as assigned by the management.
