Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, university selection, admission requirements, tuition fees, and visa procedures.

Handle student applications, university admissions, and visa processing for China, Malaysia, Europe, the UK, Cyprus, and Canada.

Manage the complete admission process, including document verification, application submission, offer letter follow-ups, and enrollment procedures.

Guide students through visa documentation, application procedures, appointment scheduling, and application tracking.

Conduct cold calling, generate leads, follow up with prospective students, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain regular communication with students throughout the application, admission, and visa process.

Create engaging social media content, including posts, captions, promotional materials, and short videos related to overseas education and admission opportunities.

Maintain accurate student records, application updates, and follow-up schedules.

Coordinate with universities, students, parents, and team members to ensure smooth application processing.

Monitor admission deadlines, visa requirements, and changes in international education policies.

Achieve counselling, lead conversion, and admission targets while maintaining professional service standards.
