∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience in development sector specially with deprived children
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General knowledge about deprived children, their life, problems and requirements. She also should have skill to work in slum area and other places where deprived children mostly gather.
∎ Must know Tabla playing;
∎ Playing other musical instrument will add value;
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in development projects;
∎ Applicants should have interest to work in a team, in the slum areas of Dhaka City for the purpose of serving the disadvantaged children;
∎ Ability to communicate with people from different cultures.

∎ Conduct cultural sessions for the Girl Domestic Workers (GDW);
∎ Prepare GDWs for cultural program and arrange cultural program, campaign;
∎ Create opportunities for children in media and perform music when required;
∎ Maintain duty in different project area in Dhaka City;
∎ Perform any other duties as and when necessary and assigned by the management.
∎ Action for Social Development (ASD) is inviting application from committed & progressive development worker for the position of Cultural Facilitator for Ensuring Rights of GDW (ERG) Project funded by SHAPLA NEER = Citizens' Committee in Japan for Overseas Support. Candidates having at least 2 years’ work experience in Child Development sector and willing to work anywhere in Dhaka City is requested to apply.
