Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and prepare requirements for the field exercise.
∎ Coordinate and supervise all field activities. Review collected data attributes for completeness and accuracy.
∎ Maintain strong communication and networking with local government officials, elected representatives, local NGOs and other Programmes for implementing social accountability initiatives.
∎ Project beneficiary selection according to the criteria and project guideline.
∎ Follow up field level implementation of RESH project and ensure high quality project outputs and impact as per allocation and targeted coverage
∎ Monitor and document the progress of project activities to meet the goals and objectives within the limited timeframe.
∎ Assist in organizing training, workshops and different events at the field level according to annual targets.
∎ Maintain regular communication and relation with community people.
∎ Support and assist the project Office team as required.
∎ Assist program development initiatives for new funding opportunities for project Office.
∎ Coordinate with the centres and take weekly/monthly progress updates of the programmes of the project.
∎ Support the Project Manager in reporting and documentation as required.
∎ Take meeting minutes, follow-up on meetings' action items to ensure they are resolved.
∎ Maintain regular contact with staff in all centres offices and link head office personnel.
∎ Conduct secondary and desk-based research as required by project offices.
∎ Reporting, Analysis and Information Dissemination.
∎ Assist in conducting awareness raising campaigns, events, information dissemination workshops, etc. for target groups.
∎ Keep records of activities and report periodically on program progress with recommendations in a timely manner and maintain documentation management system and electronic communication equipment.
∎ Assist in Developing Learning and other IEC materials.
∎ Field visit in different project areas i.e. LRC, DIC, Preschool and other places in Dhaka or outside Dhaka.
∎ Assist in developing innovative tools for ensuring interactive learning.
∎ Provide feedback and take immediate notice of and resolve any problems arising in the field.
∎ Other ad hoc duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in development sector specially with deprived children
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General knowledge about deprived children, their life, problems and requirements, laws and policies for them.
∎ He also should have skill to work in slum area and other places where deprived children mostly gather.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in development projects.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word and Power Point.
∎ Report writing skills.
∎ Applicants should have interest to work in a team, in the slum areas and waste dumping areas of Dhaka City for the purpose of serving the disadvantaged children.
∎ Strong understanding of child rights, Gender equality, Child Marriage, Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) in normal and emergency situation.
∎ Ability to communicate with people from different cultures.

Salary:
∎ Not above Tk. 35,987 Per Month.
