Job Context:
∎ We are looking for fluent Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi-speaking candidates preferentially who have resided in india for a long period of time and know-how to speak in them and understand them.
∎ The working week is 6 days a week.
∎ Must be willing to work long term (be willing to stay for 1 year or more).
∎ WorkTime is 12 Hours (8 AM To 8 PM) But may change a bit according to the client`s needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ If you are not a fluent English speaker and do not have good listening or speaking skills in English, please DO NOT APPLY. We are looking for people who are extremely good in both.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Starts at 25,000 BDT (This is Not Negotiable)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provident fund, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Possible Increment After 1 Year depending upon Performance and Dedication
∎ Dinner/Lunch is Provided
∎ Extra Payment for working on Holidays (Eid, Christmas, etc.)
∎ After 1 Year eligible to get 12 paid annual leaves per year.
