Educational Requirements:
∎ We will prefer candidates from English Medium Background, or those who have good IELTS Score (8 or above).

∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for fluent English and Hindi-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.
∎ Working TIme Will be either 12-hour shifts 5 days a week OR 10 Hour Shifts 6 days a week. With 1 + hour break time. Employees cannot choose between the two, working time will be assigned by the client and what is assigned must be followed.
∎ Must be willing to work long term (be willing to stay for 1 year or more).
∎ Job will be on night shift

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job responsibility will include taking inbound calls from Foreign customers (From India, and Europe) and solving their queries.
∎ Must be able to work on Bangladeshi Holidays, specifically on Eid Time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ If you are not a fluent English AND Hindi speaker and do not have good listening or speaking skills in English AND HINDI, please DO NOT APPLY. We are looking for people who are extremely good at both.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Starts at 22,000 BDT (This is Not Negotiable) Plus 2500 Taka Night Allowance.
