Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC in English, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Graduate Degree from any reputed University locally or from respective Countries University.
∎ Educational Degree will be consider for Experience candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain appointment calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics.
∎ Ready to Travel anywhere within country or Abroad.
∎ Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive's where about at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
∎ Arrange (including date, time, and location) internal and external meetings.
∎ Attend meeting with Managing Director or individual as required.
∎ The Candidate should be smart, well conversant and must have strong communication skill.
∎ Compose agendas, Office Orders and development activities.
∎ Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues.
∎ Sending meeting confirmation emails or communicate them with proper etiquette.
∎ Fix up daily appointment, Communicate with Govt./Private/ Business Agencies as directed by Management.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
