Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responding to customer inquiries through telephone
∎ Communicating company products, offers and campaigns with customers of all types & channels.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Knowing our products & services to be able to answer all inquiries.
∎ Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Capture market opportunities from the discussion with customers
∎ Communicating and coordinating with all stake holders in the company.
∎ Feedback on continuous improvement in customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Bangla speaking must be clear and neat; and must not have any influence of regional dialect

LOTTO begin to create its first football boot models in 80’s and sign major collaboration agreements with internationally renowned players and teams – John Newcombe, Andrei Gomes and José Luis Clerc in tennis, and Ruud Gullit and Holland in football. Their involvement in both the design and fine-tuning of the products together with their image led the company to become a leader in tennis and football.
